Warranty

Important please read:

This Limited Warranty covers all defects in material and workmanship of the product arising or occurring as a result of your normal and ordinary use of the product. In the event a defect covered by this limited warranty occurs, AMYET will send replacement parts for your product in accordance with the terms of this limited warranty. The applicable period for the limited warranty begins from : the original purchase date of the product from AMYET customer, and applies to the product in the following ways:

  • For battery 3 months from the purchasing date
  • For other parts 1 year from the purchasing date 

Examples of Wear and Tear Items: Below is a non-exhaustive list of typical wear and tear items that are not covered by this Warranty:

  • Bearings
  • Brake Disc/Pads
  • Chains
  • Free Hub Bodies
  • Handlebar Grips
  • Rubber Moving Parts
  • Shifter and Brake Cables and Casings
  • Spokes
  • Sprockets
  • Stripped Threads/Bolts
  • Tools
  • Transmission Gears


Non-Warranty Terms
1. Products purchased from an unauthorized retailer, or purchasing from a retailer that is distributing the product outside their authorized market
2. Damage caused from improper packaging or mishandling during shipment for warranty service, used products, products that have been modified in any way
3. Damage to the product from misuse and/or neglect, or from not adhering to the instructions in the owner’s manual
4. Damage caused by overloading/excessive weight, attempting tricks, running into obstacles such as curbs, or walls, pro-longed exposure to rain, and submersion in water
5. Starting or stopping too quickly (over-accelerating /over-decelerating)
exceeding the maximum speed of the product
6. Climbing or descending hills to quickly
7. Any electrical and/or material damage or breakage not stemming from a manufacturing defect.
8. Warranty repairs and fee based repairs process
